No, GeneralPlan Ost existed but it didn't focus on wiping out every single Pole alone. In fact the Latgalians were the only ones who faced almost 100% extermination according to this plan. Because they already thinking ahead to the Cold War....much like how the West desperately tried to keep propping up the Chetniks due to their non communist ideology, despite Tito’s partisans being far more effective.
