There have been instances where members of either party have refused to accept election results, the most notable were the 2016 presidential election results.
It was the left which hypocritically turned it into an attack vector.
There in lies the difference, the use as an attack vector and the blatant hypocrisy in doing so.

If... and I stress if... there is evidence that Amazon threatened their workers no matter how mild with repercussions for unionization then there is every reason to challenge the results.

At the same time, I assumed the moment the story broke of the intentions to unionize this was all doomed.

And it is not unreasonable to assume the challenge will fail as well, in terms of forcing unionization down the road.
