NEW RADICAL ISLAMIC THINKING
JUSTIFYING THE GENOCIDE OF INFIDELS

*The Islamic victory over the USSR in Afghanistan, the creation of the al-Qaeda global network, and the spread of Islam in many Western countries are seen as signs of an Islamic awakening that from the radical Islamist perspective may lead to the restoration of Islam as the world's most dominant power.

*In this emerging world order, Christians and Jews are no longer protected minorities under Islam.
Their call for the complete extermination of peoples means they have moved ideologically toward the justification of genocide.

*The citizens in democratic Western countries become full participants in governmental decision-making by voting in elections and therefore they are no longer considered "non-combatants." Democracy is a prohibited innovation that contradicts Islamic values and embodies a new heretical religion.

*There has only been a partial moderation of these trends as a byproduct of Saudi Arabia's internal struggle with al-Qaeda since May 12, 2003; some clerics have called for discontinuing the practice of takfir - branding Muslims as infidels worthy of destruction.

Seeing the West as "God's Enemy"
Global terrorism sprouted and thrived in the strongholds of radical Islam. Islamic scholar Bernard Lewis, in "The Roots of Muslim Rage,"1 explains the rise of Islamic radicalism and the increasing hatred of the West as a response to Western superiority and to the undermining of Islam's authority by Western culture

The present-day radical Islamic outburst against Western civilization's hegemony emanates from a perception of achievement: the Islamic victory over the USSR in Afghanistan, the establishment of Taliban rule, the creation of the al-Qaeda global network, and the spread of Islam in many Western countries.

In this context, the radical Islamic struggle against "God's enemies" has brought about a significant change in traditional Islamic attitudes toward the protected religions - Christianity and Judaism.

The End of Protected Status for Christians and Jews
In recent years, radical Islamic scholars have renounced the privileges that Christians and Jews had enjoyed under Islamic rule and denied their status as ahl al-dhimma, accusing them of crimes against Islam and deviation of faith in God by attributing associates to God.

The roots of radical Islam's denial of protected status for Christians may be found in the long-standing, accumulated hatred of the U.S. and other Western countries as leaders of the Christian world.

On May 6, 2002, fourteen Saudi scholars published a special announcement claiming that the escalation in tensions between Islam and the West stemmed from American and European foreign and economic policies reflected in their siding with Israel, supporting globalization, and waging war on global terrorism.

The confrontation between Islam and the West is considered a zero-sum game, the outcome of which is to be the absolute and total victory of Islam in the twenty-first century.

I wouldn’t post this article without any form of reason in the first place. My only purpose is to inform you people with such alarming news. As we can observe Muslims are becoming more radical and anti-racial these past few decades. Their actions are becoming more violent, sadistic and brutal. Killing innocent hostages without mercy. This should altleast serve as a wake up call among us Christians that our future would be a Chaotic one if this fanatical campaign by the Muslims continues. But first we should think in ourselves what would be our best solution to put an end to this brewing crisis that if not resolved quickly would result to global chaos and disorder in the near future.

Showing the whole article without providing a source is against the rules of this forum...show us where you got it or there's is a good chance it will be deleted.

Also, since you are supposed to provide a source, you should only post snippets of the article and let the readers decide for themselves if they want to read the whole thing...:2wave:

Perhaps it would be more "Christ-Like" to try to reach out to your Muslim brothers (they have the same Prophets you do) and How pray tell do you suggest that Muslims should be reached?.......Convert them to Christianity?

Peel the surface away from militant Islam and the fingerprints of western intelligence agendas are found.

If the Muslim nations are to have their land and oil stolen it is essential to manufacture a demon for the public to hate.

Al Qaeda is a phantom enemy. Most "terror" is manufactured and staged to frame and blame Muslims. This whole murky reality is no doubt assisted by criminal "Muslims" who are happy to take the money.

Dear Associate,

Welcome to Debate politics. We're glad to have you. We hope you enjoy.

Debate Politics specifically asks that you do not post entire articles of coyrighted material. We also require that you include a link whenever possible when quoting someone else's work.

Please feel free to paraphrase the contents of an article. We know that sometimes a piece will be so very well written that it seems impossible to do the piece justice by merely quoting snippets and/or paraphrasing it. However, the potential downside of copyright violation outweighs the benefits gained by saving forum readers the hassle of clicking a link to see the original source.

If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to PM (private message) me or any of the other moderators.

Again, thank you very much for coming to Debate Politics and deciding to participate.

Sincerely,

Simon W. Moon

Associate,
Regardless of what pundits say, your post (though lenghy), is timely and poignant. It is time for all non-Muslim to wake up and do somthing about radical islam.
The only critique I would have is. You wasted lot more space and words to quote some low level, backword Saudi Cleric, then he desrves.

I would also invite some readers to this website to read and see for themselves from other Muslim clerics the type of ominus message to which you are trying to make people aware.

http://memri.org/video/index.htm

I would encourage readers to bookmark this site. Because it publishes Muslim extemists in their own words.

Yeah, but not much else. It's not a place to go to get a wide ranging survey of pieces. MEMRI tends to focus on those of an "extremist bent."
It has value, but one shouldn't take it as the be-all-and-end-all of what makes the media in the "Muslim World." It's a site w/ an agenda that provides a service.

Agreed. I wince every time I see photos of al- Qeada members on TV. The media is trying to hyptontize us to believe that terrorism only comes from Muslims, when in fact that is slander.

Is MEMRI genuine or propaganda?

At least consider all options.

Exactly! Muslims are not the fools to make enemies from the Western countries, especially when they themselves are living within them as minorities.
Western media has a clear bias to demonisation of Islam and muslims.

Americans are well known for the suseptabilty to propagnda and fof rbeing really lazy in thinking. Its much easier for them to just hate islam coleectively then to sort out the actual issues.

Couple that with the John Wayne attitude and arrogance you get an public ripe to be lied to. They even like it.

The two are not mutually exclusive.
