HUH?
The "Courts" or the leftist politicians in black robes ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
Before you post a quote, research it and understand the context behind it.Really?
My paramount object in this struggle is to save the Union, and is not either to save or destroy Slavery. >>>>>>If I could save the Union without freeing any slave, I would do it, <<<<<<<<<and if I could save it by freeing all the slaves, I would do it, and if I could save it by freeing some and leaving others alone, I would also do that.

Do you understand what an amendment is, how it works and how it is removed if needed?Beginning with post #2 up to and including yours I have shown beyond reasonable doubt that the 14A is blatantly Unconstitutional
Ok, folks THERE it is.THat's what we have been saying since the treasonous seditious Socialist Demon Rats stole the November 2020 election.

The Fourteenth Amendemnt is being used by the Socialist Demon Rats and those who hate the US to destroy the union by , inter alia, permitting illegal rampant immigration and reducing the authority of the States
How can the 14A be legit when President Andrew Johnson expressed doubt that the amendment was legitimate because of the Reconstruction process put in place to force and coerce the defeated southern states into ratifying it.
In the face of opposition to the Amendment, Congress passed the first Reconstruction Act over President Johnson’s veto. Despite having sent the Thirteenth and Fourteenth Amendments to the Southern states, >>>>>>>Congress declared that no legal government existed there and divided the South into military districts. Martial law was declared even though the war was already over. Congress also disenfranchised millions of white Southern voters. No Southern state would be allowed seats in Congress, the Radicals decreed, absent ratification of the Fourteenth Amendment. <<<<<<<<As Attorney Douglas H. Bryant has asked, “Yet what good is ratification by a government that is not legally recognized and entitled to representation in Congress? And if ratification by a congressionally unrecognized state government is allowed, why can’t an unrecognized state government reject an amendment?

The fact that you did not, and could not. contradict the premise of the proposal is telling
Feel better? Nice rant but it won't change anything. The Fourteenth Amendemnt is being used by the Socialist Demon Rats and those who hate the US to destroy the union by , inter alia, permitting illegal rampant immigration and reducing the authority of the States

It takes more than the chump administration to change it.The Trump Administration is the ONLY one with the need and the gumption to attempt to repeal it.
Is now or never.
.....because the South explicitly stated they were fighting to defend slavery.HUH?
“How come the South is said to have fought for slavery when the North wasn’t fighting against slavery?”
Two days before Lincoln’s inauguration as the 16th President, Congress, consisting only of the Northern states, passed overwhelmingly on March 2, 1861, the Corwin Amendment that gave constitutional protection to slavery. Lincoln endorsed the amendment in his inaugural address, saying “I have no objection to its being made express and irrevocable.”

Because the Slaver South fought to the death to try and defend buying and selling other human beings, and would never willingly accept amendments that provided any degree of equality for non white people. Finally , you raised a good point
If the Civil War was truly about Slavery and the 13A was previously ratified
>>>>>>>>>WHY was it necessary to coerce the Southern States UNDER MARTIAL LAW to adopt the Fourteenth ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?<<<<<<<<<<<<
I'm all ears .
And, as I repeat as often as possible, there is much more in Section One that we do not want messed with: privileges or immunities of citizens; due process of law; and the equal protection of the laws. You’re not getting it repealed at this point in time because:
1) There is, max, only one third of this nation that’s hard core MAGA. You need 38 states to ratify an amendment to repeal the 14th. Not going to happen.
2) You don’t want it appealed. It applies to ALL of us and there are things in the 14th you don’t want rescinded. It defines citizenship for everyone, equality under the law for EVERYONE land that includes you< and strengthens due process for everyone (and that includes you).
3) The “Dumbing Down of America” has been rather successful, but it hasn’t reached quite that level yet. Maybe another generation and we’ll have gotten to that point.
And, as I repeat as often as possible, there is much more in Section One that we do not want messed with: privileges or immunities of citizens; due process of law; and the equal protection of the laws.
Never! The Trump Administration is the ONLY one with the need and the gumption to attempt to repeal it.
Is now or never.
It establishes the criteria for citizenship and personhood.WHY do you like the "amendment"
What coercion? The states chose to ratify the 14th Amendment. Thats how the process works. Until a new constitutional amendment invalidating the 14th is passed, it is an applicable part of the Constitution.Since when can RATIFICATION and COERCION be used in the same sentence?
The only way to repeal a constitutional amendment is with another constitutional amendment, which requires 3/4 of the states to ratify. Good luck with that. The Trump Administration is the ONLY one with the need and the gumption to attempt to repeal it.
Is now or never.
You think it might not be a counter argument because it isn't meant to be an argument? It is a flat-out statement. Not a cogent counter argument unless you flesh it out. Does nothing to address the fact it’s highly unlikely to get 38 states. Acknowledge it would take an Amendment to repeal the Amendment. Not to mention the opinion expressed I’m my point #3.
It is constitutional until an new amendment deems otherwise. Deal with it!Nonsense
Assuming for argument's sake that the 14A was constitutionallu adopted then it merely reversed the Dred Scott Decision
Elk v. Wilkins, 112 U.S. 94 (1884)
Doubling down on the absurd BS I see!THat's what we have been saying since the treasonous seditious Socialist Demon Rats stole the November 2020 election.
Only in your mind.Beginning with post #2 up to and including yours I have shown beyond reasonable doubt that the 14A is blatantly Unconstitutional
Sounds like a 'you' problemSo I must either like the 14A or I don't like Constitution ?
I don't like the 14A because it was NEVER Constitutionally adopted
Plain and Simple
Meanwhile, Trump is doing what you have arms up in the air about.
