You make some good points above. Because it is apparent that some politicians, when they seek election or re-election, treat voters like they were selling cornflakes for breakfast!

In politics, a candidate has got-to-get into the factual information that surrounds an election. Yes, that is difficult - but we-the-sheeple (who vote!) have a basic-right to understand the political and/or economic background of an election (if it exists)! If it doesn't exist, then candidates need to find and build one!

Otherwise elections are just blah-blah-blah to get people who are in political-positions for a donkey's age to remain in them - forever!
