About another person. A woman. A woman who is the Vice-President of the United States.

Yes, it's disgusting. Yes, it shows that trump, for many reasons, is not fit for any office.

Sad to say, though, his cult - including some of our posters - likely see nothing at all untoward with their leader's sneering at Black Americans, at Indian Americans, and at women in general. Nothing at all wrong or unacceptable.

She's a phony, an empty suit. Most everything she says she is going to do, she won't do. She told us who she was in 2019-2020, and tonight's revisionism, pandering doesn't change who she is, a far left progressive.

The true winner will take weeks to emerge. Harris had much more to win or lose and Trump did his part.

Trump haters will laugh and claim impressive numbers of misstatements but they said that when Trump destroyed Biden in July.

For this one, a lot of voters want to know if Harris has the chops to be a real leader, which Biden did not. Trump they know and non-haters trust his record of accomplishment. They just don't like him.

Give two weeks for the polls to start showing their reaction. It could be nothing or it could already be over. We will see.

It's been a really rough day at our house, we caught the last 5 minutes. Wow, Harris destroyed him and pissed on his flaming corpse. Any of his cult rubes that still support him are as mentally deranged as he is or just have medical issues that preclude them from thinking rationally.
 
I watched the whole thing. In decades of being a voter, I've never watched a whole debate.

Harris was in command. She was slow to begin with but she realized his weaknesses fairly soon.

Trump came off as the ultimate "Grandpa Ranty". He was unhinged. He was basically "Trump rally Trump" the whole time.

I wish that meant something. I hope it means something. Trump is so unfit it's not even a question. Not in my mind, and hopefully in so many other voter's minds.

She didn't look reprimanded. As I recall, she was holding back laughter.

Which I admit was a mistake. The proper way to deal with Trump and his cult is laugh at their weird asses.

Agreed. It caps off the generally negative tenor of his campaign.

Trumpies ask why the sudden popularity boost and claim some media conspiracy with polls but the answer is simple: Harris and Walz smile and promise "good things will happen if you vote for us." Trump frowns and threatens "bad things will happen if you don't vote for me."

Agreed.

I thought they let Trump command the mic a bit too much. But not to extreme determent. OTOH, they did everything else excellently. I like how they early on fact-checked Trump, putting him in place.
