the breakfast thread

Pork roll, egg and ketchup on a toasted, buttered, English muffin, cuppa joe, oj.
 
Bacon, egg and cheese on a toasted croissant, hash browns, medium cuppa joe at Dunkin.
 
McHelix with added chili powder and Swiss cheese
1/2 caff.
 
A sausage, egg and cheese scramble on a toasted everything bagel. OJ and a small pot of coffee.
 
Cinnamon and raisin bagel with lower fat cream cheese
1/2 caff.
 
2 slices of toasted 9 grain bread, one with strawberry preserves, one with orange marmalade, cuppa joe, oj.
 
SOS over scrambled eggs and biscuit topping with Cholula green hot sauce, cuppa joe, oj.
 
McHelix with Swiss cheese and hot sauce
1/2 caff.
 
Warm everything bagel slathered with butter, cuppa joe, V-8.😋
 
Bacon, egg and cheese on a warm, buttered, croissant; cuppa joe, oj.
 
English muffin breakfast sandwich with Canadian bacon. 2 glasses of OJ.
 
Bowl of Frosted Mini Wheats, raisins, sliced banana, milk, cuppa joe, oj.
 
Blueberry bagel with Neufchatel cheese
Coffee.

My wife bought the Neufchatel for a recipe, so I'm using up the rest for my bagels. I prefer the 1/3 less fat cream cheese, but the Neufchatel is good, too.

Bran cereal with milk, OJ.
My favorite was Cracklin' Oat Bran. I've had to largely cut myself off of cereal, though, as I tended to eat bowl after bowl of it during my heavier days. I have cereal occasionally as a treat, though, and now that we have kiddos, the pantry closet is like a cereal aisle.

I love that cereal. Today was bran flakes with dried strawberries.

Its going to be well over 95°F and I don't have the energy to cook something hot, so I choose cereal.
