Without knowing what he would find he estimated the surgery would take 2-3 hours. Because of what he found in the process the surgery lasted 7 hours. His prognosis “the cancer is gone. The patients is rock solid. She will be fine.”

If you have ever looked into the strategic bombing of Germany during WW2 you'd realize it accomplished about as much as the German strategic bombing of Britain during the Blitz. Nothing. It did not slow down German production, and it did not break German morale. Other factors did that, but the strategic bombing was useless.
