I do. I'm just curiius why the Libbos didn't get sand in their clits over it. Oh, wait, he's black. My bad, Deuce.
You are trying to get to the bottom of the Zimmerman controversy in here, or ?
Seems to me like you are just trying to protect whitey from any controversy. Just my opinion though.
got derail--wish the fifteen extended families a Merry Crash-mas--
From the Tarrant County Republican Party website(TCGOP):
Why don't you tell us some more about GOP style justice.opcorn:

Wait a kid can go get drunk and murder four people and not be charged for it because he is too rich? :doh I am so angry about this surely we cannot use someones upbringing to excuse crimes, I blame alot of crimes on bad upbringing but that does not excuse the crime in question.... why should we put people in jail that has abusive parents who didnt teach them to follow the rules? yet let a really rich kid walk free because "He was so rich he believed money solved all of his problems"
While I am very sympathetic to the people outraged over this, mislabeling it murder is just needless
okay, how about vehicular homicide ?

I thought manslaughter was when it was an accident? I think when you drink take drugs and speed behind the wheel of a mass of metal that weighs tons... sorry but I just see it was murder /; but you're right I shouldnt call it that he didnt take out a gun and shoot people in the face

What makes you think justice will be served with lawsuits??
I can see him divesting and heading off-shore..
Couch has already gotten away with vehicular homicide .

I'm sorry a simple legal definition escapes you. Maybe look up the term online and do yourself the favor of reading up on it for future reference
Here's an alternative POV: Ethan Couch Should Have Gone to Prison, but Justice? There's No Justice for Texas Kids.
I thought manslaughter was when it was an accident? I think when you drink take drugs and speed behind the wheel of a mass of metal that weighs tons... sorry but I just see it was murder /; but you're right I shouldnt call it that he didnt take out a gun and shoot people in the face
Murder requires intent....
Did he intend to kill someone? NO - therefore it's not murder, it's at best negligent homicide and manslaughter at worst (of course it all depends on the states law and statute definitions).....
It's certainly not murder tho...
"but you're right I shouldnt call it that he didnt take out a gun and shoot people in the face" I saw my mistake but thank you Nick I'm still learning all of your legal terms
As if you care about those people!
If Couch were black, you would just as quickly tell them to eat ****, "nimby".
Regardless - that kid belongs in prison until he's 21 at least (which is typical in such cases as this one with juveniles).
I up that one, if gulity of drunk driving and cause the death of someone you lose driving priviledges for life.
Naw, not for life....... The kid is obviously an arrogant little prick (or at least that was the defense) but people change...... He certainly shouldn't be allowed to drive for a very long time but he is still a kid and kids do make mistakes but this mistake does not warrant a slap on the wrist - the kid belongs in prison to think about what he did and he can start from the bottom up when he's 25-27 years old then have 10 years of parole after that.
You really want to **** with this kid, put him in prison and take away his privileges - no commissary (meaning; TV, junk food, creature comforts) unless he works, no phone calls, no letters - no nothing.... Cut his "influenza" privileged clown ass off from the world.
I need to ask here. If the kid thought the drinking and driving laws did not apply to him, why would he think the needing a drivers license laws apply to him?
That term was affluenza, not influenza.
