The onus is not on me to prove he is not, but on the accuser to prove he is.

In this case the accuser would either have to provide an actual diagnosis from a Psychiatrist who examined him, or irrefutable evidence (that no Psychiatrist could deny), that he is primarily attracted to prepubescent children.

Thus far no one has provided such evidence, let alone evidence of an attraction to any prepubescent child, so his denial is sufficient and can be taken at factual.
 
He is a child rapist, and a crappy assed guitarist.

Pedophile, hebephile and epephile (all so?) all deal with attraction, molestation is acting on that attraction. There are pedophiles out there that have not acted on their attraction. Again it doesn’t make it any better imo, but these are correct terms.

He was with a 17 year old with her parents approval when he was much younger and has been with adults since.

Courtney Love's claim from many years ago is unsubstantiated.

Nor are the lyrics to jailbait evidence of such a claim.

Yes the lyrics he came up with do substantiate him being a hebephile or at least supporting hebephiles. The fact he didn’t act on it is irrelevant.
