No. We already have diagnostic criteria for severe paranoia not tied to any specific political figure.

Plus, and in the interests of fair discourse I have to admit this: I am generally wary of legislation introduced by legislators credibly accused, charged or convicted of crimes related to pedophilia, as the State Senator was in this case.
