Tariffs can work, but you have to have a strategy. I haven't heard much about his strategy for some of the more expansive tariffs. Reinstating the ones on products from the EU don't make much sense without a good plan to negotiate better terms with the EU, so all the while Americans will be bearing the burden of those higher prices.
