Taking the Rainbow Back --- Enough is Enough

The rainbow was GOD's sign of a covenant with humanity that HE would NEVER AGAIN destroy the whole world by a FLOOD. How today the LGBTQ community has confiscated this symbol and applied it to their sexual agenda:

I think repurposing a symbol of genocide and evil is a good thing.

It was added to the Pledge by President Eisenhower, who was in involved in both THE GREAT WAR and WORLD WAR II. He would prove to be a great general in the latter. One reason it (One Nation Under GOD) was added was to set the United States apart from the spreading Atheistic blight of Socialistic Communism. And I do believe that only by being under the protective hand of GOD can any nation be indivisible.

Funny think is Francis Bellamy, you know the guy that wrote the Pledge of Allegiance was - you guested it - a Socialist.

You're welcome.

Nonsensical bullshit.

That's quite the hill you've built of straw that you choose to die on.

I can't speak for ArmyCowboy, only for myself.

But if a real woman has the balls to join the military and do the mission, fine by me.

She earned her patriot creds.

Are you one of those people that thinks you can't be a patriot unless you served in the military?

It's not about taking it back. There's nothing stopping them and they're never was from using a rainbow to represent Christianity.

People have used the rainbow to represent all sorts of things.

It's about trying to stop people from using the rainbow to represent something they want to represent with it.

It's a pretty universal symbol. One I see that's pretty common and used for many different things is a leaf. Sometimes people use it to represent nature, or whether or not a food item is organic, or whether a car is electric or propane powered it's a pretty universal symbol. Kind of like a skull and crossbones.

What this is about is placing a proprietary claim on something that isn't theirs.

Nope, there are other ways to serve.

Serving is what you do (not you specifically, I'm using the royal "you" here), there are a lot of "internet patriots" though that talk a good game from behind a keyboard that have no clue about what being a real patriot is.

Quantify serve, in what capacity?

What's a real Patriot? What separates them from an internet patriot

[OFF TOPIC]

When women started being integrated into deploying squadrons, I will admit I was not in favor. I was a Chief Petty Officer in the 90's and was in the Tweet Shot (Aviation Electronics) to get some coffee and to go over some stuff with the Shop Supervisor - but mostly to get some coffee.

He assigned a 2nd Class and 4rd class to fix a gripe on one of the aircraft. IIRC they had to replace the HF Radio and that sucker was about 50lbs. The 2nd Class (male) says to the 3rd Class (female) that he'd take the radio and she could bring the tool box. She told him, "bite me" - put the radio on a hand cart (along with the tool box) rolled it out the door and headed out to the flight line. The 2nd Class got a little red in the face and followed long.

The 1st Class and I looked at each other and laughed. Didn't worry about women doing the job again after that.

It's like porn - when you see it you know it.

Patriotism is what you do, not what you say, not a tattoo, and not what you wear. If you have to ask, you don't get it.

At this point the Sealioning cage is --->>>

So when I see someone who loves their country it doesn't really matter what capacity they served in that's not even part of the definition of patriot.

You had something different other than the common definition so I'm not saying you're wrong I'm just asking you what it is. If it's based on intuition I wouldn't trust that.

So unless you're clairvoyant you can't know if anyone's a patriot?

I'm just asking you to explain. And apparently you have to see it first to know it and I would ask how you would know it if you saw it if you can't describe it.

Okay, well I'm 83 so I guess I'm out of luck as a patriot.

I think it's a trend throughout history.
