the issue is that it APPEARS to be a cop and we have no way of knowing whether he is or is not on duty. just a bunch of people jumping to conclusions
When a cop on duty in uniform breaks his oath its always a reflection on all of us....Of course they are human and not perfect...but they MUST abide by their oath and working rules and requirements....they are in the public eye and what that eye witness's reflects on all police...the public having a poor view of police for whatever reason is a detriment to public safety and the trust needed for police to be effective....hes an idiot and should be fired immediately...cmon man ALL MEN want piggynasty and they want it right then and there when they can get it...but a real man has enough restraint and common sense to be strong enough to resist the moment...hes a weak jackass...imho

from the angle of the shadows and the lighting. these photos appear to have been taken either near sunrise or sunset. and you really can't tell squat from the uniform. black with some kind of shoulder patch...could be a mall rent-a-cop for all we know.

They also have a heavy-force group who carry weapons (they're the ones providing bank security, or WTC security in Dallas)....from a distance they almost look like cops and from the back you wouldn't be able to tell.
