Our brave men and women need to be greeted with hugs and handshakes, and not with rpgs and pipe bombs. They need to be brought back home to where they are loved, opposed to where they are hated. The troops know the deal, that's why they support Ron Paul!
evidence for your claim that a majority of American troops oevrsease support Ron Paul?
Hahaha, you're kidding right? Did you even bother to watch the video that I posted?

Just look at the donations. Ron Paul is a military veteran who receives overwhelmingly more money from them then any other candidate, even more then Obama! If by donating to him isn't a red flag that they support him, I don't know what to tell ya.
I'm having a hard time that a majority of our troops, especially the ones that are actually on the ground, are ready to give up and leave, with the mission incomplete.
You calling our boys cowards?
....Our enemies aren't 6,000 miles away in mud huts,...
has there been a poll of US troops overseas?
no? then these donations are meaningless.
there is NO evidence that even a large minority of overseas American troops support Ron Paul for President.

In my experience, a vast number (cannot say whether it was a majority since I never actually polled them) disagree with the wars overseas and want the U.S. to pull out immediately. The mission is a farce and never needed to be started in the first place.
Those of "our boys" who understand the idiocy of the wars we are involved in are not cowards, they are wise and prudent. Those who want to stick around and shoot camels and random people are either ignorant of the facts or are criminals as far as I'm concerned.
this is the exact same info, again.
got a poll?
apdst said:Well, it was my experience, that agree, or disagree our troops are more interested in getting the job done, than anything else.
If you're suggesting that a large majority of the military doesn't support Republicans, then you're wrong, because that's a fact.
I take offense to your very presence on this forum. If you want to check my profile and see what my profession is, you can see why. First off, "so many people" are not committing suicide. The military suicide rate is roughly on par with the civilian sector. Also, "why are so many getting out of the military?" We have no issue with retention. The Marine Corps set a goal in 2006 to plus up to 210,000 from 185,000 by 2008. We met that goal before the end of 2006. Last time I checked, I wasn't galavanting around Afghanistan when I was there a few months. I was killing terrorists before they had a chance to come here and attack people like you. Lastly, murder is a strong word. Might want to recant that.I think the facts speak otherwise. Why did so many people commit suicide rather than go on another deployment if they wanted to "get the job done" so badly? Why are so many people getting out of the military?
The troops want to come home because they volunteered to defend America not gallivant around the globe chasing ghosts and murdering people to achieve some mysterious political goal. I would think you would understand this since you are advertising yourself as a member of the military.

I spent 10 ½ years in the Army and took part in more dishonest and unconscionable **** than I care to admit. I am now trying to make amends for my part by educating those who are still involved and those who blindly support anyone who wears a uniform.
The U.S. is not incapable of producing murderers, rapists, thieves, and nutjobs.

I just watched the video.
It was lovely propaganda.
However, it provided no facts whatsoever, to suggest that even a large minority of US troops overseas support Ron Paul for President.

ecofarm said:I assume by this you mean "fighting against other Muslims". Care to explain?
still waiting for that poll of overseas troops to see which candidates they support.
