I don’t think Jane Fonda was on the right side of history. I think she was a traitor. Regarding Iraq, I don’t miss Saddam, even if he was removed on what turned out to be a false pretense. He was a war criminal as well as a continuously destabilizing influence in the region. I don’t imagine the Kurds or Shiites miss him much either. We gave Iraqis a chance at self-government, just as we did the Afghans. It’s up to them what they do with it.

It wasn't Republicans that got Trump elected. It was Democrats, by lying their fool heads off about Biden being "sharp as a tack" when in fact, he was anything but. He was puppet for his unelected string pullers, and the party was rightfully denied the presidency for being a bunch of liars, gas lighters and warmongers that actively worked against American interests

But it is a fact. It was your party's blatant lies that ruined its reelection bid. It literally lied about everything. Had you had decent Democrats actually working for American interests, supporting a competent president, your party probably would have prevailed. But, as Trump was the only viable alternative to a bunch of flagrant lying elitists, he won. Good job
 
It's hard to imagine anything stupider then blaming Democrats for a Republican win. The only people to blame are the idiots who pulled the lever for Trump. Period.

And you're wrong, but that's not unusual for a Democrat. Most Democrats can't take responsibility for what they do or did regarding their party's blatant missteps, so I wouldn't expect you to be an exception

It’s not hard to imagine “idiots who pulled the lever for Trump” if Kamala and her party were worse, which they were. We could write an encyclopedia just on the immigration disaster Biden and his “Border czar” presided over.

 
Yes, the dems did lie and it was as obvious when they were lying as it is so sad to watch rep praise Trump as if he is the third coming (cleaning up after Jesus.) One huge difference is Bien caved in after the dems threw him overboard while Trump can't stop harping about him as if he is still trying to convince us, he is not the fool we all know him to be. Makes me wonder if Trump believes Biden is still the president.

I’ve never been thrilled with Trump, going back to the 2016 Presidential Election: the Gold Star family he dissed; John McCain; the Access Hollywood tape. Still, I held my nose and voted for him then and again in 2020. But by 2024 he had become too much IMHO, so I voted for the Libertarian. But I had to give him the nod on the immigration issue and others. However, I gave him an “F” for throwing the Ukrainians under the bus and cozying up to autocrats like Putin.
 
As a environmental advocate, an animal rights advocate and a war protester, the Democratic party actually shocked me when it continued to arm Israel to the teeth - killing babies with American bombs - then throwing a hundred and fifty billion plus at Ukraine to watch all that slaughter instead of using diplomacy, then inviting unvetted immigrants in by the hundreds of thousands while continuing to spend us into ruin with absurd priorities. Then there was all the lying. That's the reason why Trump won. By the time Biden's fateful debate was aired, there was no alternative. The independents that were going to shape the presidential choice didn't trust the Democrats anymore. To make matters worse, the fete accompli came out of Harris' mouth when she "couldn't think of a thing she'd do differently." It made the Democratic elite look both immoral and stupid. No matter what Trump was, he wasn't a Democrat, and that's why he won

The only reason Trump won was the dems were too stupid to groom a candidate to beat him. Clinton would have beaten Trump if the FBI director hadn't' brought up her emails at the last minute Are you forgetting the dems did not have a decent candidate for the second election so they were left no choice to pick the next best thing because he could beat Trump, and he did mostly because he was Obama's VP. By the way this country will never ever abandon Isreal. Don't forget Trump relocated their capitol to Jerusalem. Trump would also go for the throat for Ukraine if he was not so mysteriously in love with Putin. Get on facts because the Bullshit Train has left the station.
 
Add to this the dems were too stupid to groom candidates. Biden beat Trump because there was no other candidate the dems could run. Biden won on the strings of Obama.
