There are hundreds of mosques in Israel, including one built over the ruins of the holiest site in Judaism, the Temple Mount. On the eve of the Islamic Revolution, there were about 80,000 Jews in Iran. Today, there’s one-tenth of that. That tells me all I need to know about the difference between Israel’s democracy and Iran’s despotic Islamic government.

Quick recap. This all started with you arguing that Israel would need a UN Security Council Resolution to authorize an attack on Iran. With Vladimir Putin and Iran’s Supreme Leader being best buds, fat chance of that happening. My point was Iran’s days of using terrorist proxies to carry out attacks on Israel and others and then invoking international law when it provokes a response would seem to be over, as they should be. There is no way in hell anyone in his right mind would trust that regime with nuclear weapons.
