Durham can’t negate the proof that is in this pudding. People investigated directly associated with these investigations plead guilty or were convicted. That is proof of concept sufficient to blow a huge hole in any suggestion those investigations weren’t warranted. I agree there is sufficient evidence to investigate Hunter and IF that investigation picks up reason to investigate Joe, then you expand the investigation. You don’t vastly negatively impact people’s lives with highly invasive investigation until there is articulable reasonable suspicion to do so.
