Seems a bit weak when the 'crime' is these things being shown to people under 16 to have one photo of a person that is supposedly at the show and supposedly viewed the show is supposedly under 16, but no ID or other verification of age or whether the person, you know, witnessed the supposedly lewd acts. Here's exhibit 5. Whoever that is and however old she is, she's not at the show, and the exhibit doesn't provide any evidence this unknown person did watch the show.
