Simple question, what is the cause of so much criticism of Trump.

Why is there SO MUCH criticism of Trump?

He's a fascist. His supporters are fascist. His movement is a fascist movement. His supporters do not believe in the U.S. Constitution. His supporters seek to replace our Republic with a dictatorship.

If I may add, he is in no way qualified.

It is as if Trump was dropped onto earth from another planet. He knows very little about United States, our form of democracy, American history, history in general for that matter. He does not understand social protocol. He doesn't understand economics. Ironically his degree in economics from Wharton was a total waste of time. His does not understand diplomacy. He is socially and culturally inept. Trump does not lead but rather he assumes that everyone will follow him.

Personal sacrifice is completely unknown to Trump. I can't recall of anything Trump has ever done for the greater good that wasn't transactional. Donald Trump has no allegiance to the United States of America. Hell, he doesn't even know what the Declaration of Independence is. He doesn't know the words to the national anthem. He doesn't know the pledge of allegiance.

Trump hates the military. He's jealous of men and women in uniform because he never had the balls to step up - and he knows it.

Trump is a bigot.

Most Americans expect a president to be able to represent the nation, all people at all times. Trump cannot because he does not understand. Trump does not share our common experiences of being Americans. He is superficial in every way.

Yes, you do not understand the effect of wealth upon geopolitics.
Was this supposed to be an example of your displaying your understanding of wealth/geopolitics?

Because, um.....there is nothing there, nor does it in any way support your other blurts.

Are you this bad at everything else, or this an anomaly?

You will own nothing and you will be happy.

Trump put a target on his back the first time he said to make America great again. Those invested in the process of globalization were threatened by such a notion, so sprung into action to convince people that he was the sum of all their fears.

It worked. His being a petulant ass of a man certainly made it easier for them, but the central dynamic at play has to do with national sovereignty vs centralized decision making.

Great informative and to the point post. HEAR!HEAR!

Trump is just a fallible man with some smart and not so smart thoughts. His main downfall, like many, is his ego.

I must be astute to where I appropriated the same Reagan quote that you appropriated.

Re NYC and its descent into Socialism, I wonder if most citizens there will be smart enough to stick with Eric Adams instead of Mamdani the full-blown self-declared Socialist.
So glad I will never live there again. Fifteen years for me was enough.

There are lots of bad things to say about Trump, especially that which comes from a poster who regularly copies and pastes vile epithets to describe how he really feels about our entire country's duly elected president.

vile epithets
Yes yes yes, and for the last time, yes. WE get that Trumpers are whiny little children who can't abide one bad word about their leader. BUT to keep making it THIS obvious just gets boring.
Cry and moan all you want, and keep doing so on a daily basis, all day long. No one here is going to care. Trump is a jackass. I hope that is a vile enough epithet to keep you hopping mad for a few days. So, let me repeat- Trump is a jackass.

Just a single (mild) epithet for a leader you despise?
You can probably say that on network TV an get away with it.

Nor use of tariffs which have not only forced foreign nations who have been bleeding us with their own tariffs, VATs, and other charges to modify them, but has brought in a significant amount of money to the Federal coffers.

Haven't seen a single deal yet.

I don't, but I do expect @justoneman to explain why he supports a warmonger like Trump since he claims to hate wars and warmongers.
Sometimes a leader needs to act warlike in order to prevent a war. Who gets to decide that? The Commander-in-Chief, the people, or the opposing political party?
It's a good thing it's not the anti-Trumpers who love to visit this site.

He's probably the world's biggest asshole in the purest definition.

But there have been some things from him I like and feel are needed.

I still would never be able to vote for him.

Trump was a total ***** about this whole thing. An utter wimp.

If you're gonna smack a nation like Iran, you make sure they stay smacked.

Kameini should have been a target. The revolutionary guard barracks should have been a target.

Except Biden. Right?

That's my first instinct. I'm hoping there's some high IQ logic driving this event that's ready for the various out comes.

Slight tangent, I'm thinking when the plans are released, it's going to be dated some where between 2021 and 2024 with Biden's initials on the corners and notes. Not Biden's plan but conceived during his Administration.
