Related to this thread, but different (I'll explain it if I need to), would you continue to hold an intimate relationship with someone you found out had the same XY combination as you do?

It will be interesting to see who can't tell the difference between the two questions.

That would kind of depend on what their sex/gender expression wound up being.

A trans or intersex person might have the opposite chromosomes of what their presentation is, either by birth or by intentional transition.

As long as I got "man-ness" from their appearance and disposition, I think I could probably work it out.

Chromosomes, hormones, and neurology are each a piece of what makes a person the gender and sex that they are. One of them alone doesn't always determine what their sex or gender is.
