Should anyone and everyone be permitted to emigrate to the U.S.?

Should they receive housing, medical care, food, education, and legal representation all paid for by current U.S. residents?

Should there be any reasons to disqualify a potential immigrant?

Should American citizens have any say in who gets to come and what they're entitled to receive?
This has no relevance to whether they are required to have healthcare, education, or other constitutional rights. If you don’t like it, amend the constitution. It’s your only recourse.

What would be a valid reason to decline entry to an immigrant? And should U.S. residents be required to pay for a lawyer, hotel accommodations, food, emergency medical care, daycare for their children, for potential immigrants to argue their case in-person to a U.S. judge?

Known terrorist activity etc.

The constitution requires it. Don’t like it, then amend it.

I didn't say I dislike anything; I'm just asking questions.

So you agree that immigrants are entitled to come live in the U.S. and that people already living in the U.S. are responsible to pay for all of their needs, correct?

Should they be granted court hearings in the U.S. to challenge such assusations?

Does the term 'troll' refer to a mythical Nordic creature or a fishing technique?

Both America and the people we receive would be better if we had open borders. And I consider the vast majority of immigrants to be working class fellows.

We long ago figured out borders were nonsense, that is why we have open borders between the 50 states.

Europe also figured this out, and that is why they have the Eurozone.

The only real thing stopping open borders is really just racism.

I think more Americans would be more supportive of immigration if it wasn't for the fact that they are saddled with huge costs.

Yea, the Biden Administration and tens of millions of Democrats. Didn't you notice the millions of immigrants that flooded the U.S. over the previous 4 years?
Immigrants have been coming for generations. What Biden did is no different than what Trump does. If they are here illegally, you deport them after - if they wish - allowing them the opportunity per US law to contest their removal. Biden respects that. Trump doesn’t.

Neither health care nor education are mentioned as constitutional rights per se. Its the 14th that requires if we provide them statutorily to some, we must provide equally. ,

We should welcome all

I saw a Chicago resident leading a movement to stop local aid to migrants ( food/shelter/clothes/school etc) because the migrants were getting a disproportionate amount of social services funding. This resident lady blamed poor local leadership and resented migrants getting care before residents
