Should the Dems bring up The Dreamers? (1 Viewer)

Any person in the U.S. illegally (i.e., without a visa of some kind) is subject to deportation.

It's the massive elephant in the Immigration Room.
 
Apparently that differed during a specific time frame.
Here's the time frame.

  • Were under the age of 31 as of June 15, 2012 (that is, you were born on or after June 16, 1981);
  • Came to the United States before reaching your 16th birthday;
  • Have continuously resided in the United States since June 15, 2007, up to the time of filing your request for DACA;

That's a choice. So is doing it irresponsibly and brutally. Its a disgrace.
 
They fully deserve to become citizens and there's no good reason they shouldn't.


Yeah, I don't get why the Dems don't push it. Americans are increasingly disgusted with Trump's immigration porn show.
 
The tendency to lump "the left" all together as one same-thinking group is ridiculous. Also, the analogy is inapt.

Any time someone refuses to acknowledge the difference between liberalism and leftism, calling them the same, their ignorance shows.
