Should the USAG be President's Fixer and/or Henchman?

If you can find anything remotely similar between AG holder and President Obama's actions and the current pair of jokers I'd be interested in hearing about it. I'll wait, it may take you a long time before you admit there is nothing.
 
The Congress can remove the DOJ from the executive branch any time it so desires.

Obama and Holder?

Let's see, seizing the email and phone records of a journalist (James Rosen), refusing to comply with subpoenas regarding fast and furious, picking and choosing which federal laws to execute (DOMA being the biggest instance) and refusing to prosecute black panthers standing outside, and by outside I mean at the door, a polling place with batons.

No. They can't. The DOJ executes laws, that's a constitutional duty of the executive branch.

How about Lynch letting (acting AG?) Comey make the call? That was all good, of course. What charges you might ask? Which is exactly my point.

No they can't. They are a part of executing the laws which is the constitutional duty of the Executive branch. All power in the executive branch is ceded to cabinet members and their respective agencies by the President. Congress decides what the laws are and the judicial decides whether those laws are Constitutional or not.

Yawns. No where in Article II is the President constitutionally charged with law enforcement. He is required to faithfully execute them only i.e. put his little up or down stamp on them and sign them.
 
Impeach barr and trump and send the articles over to the Senate after the March 24th Georgia primary.

The next huge primary date is April 28th, giving plenty of time for Moscow’s Cocaine Bitch to run another sham trial.

Yes they can. Under your argument there would be no independent agencies like the CIA because they are part of defense and defense is the POTUS' constitutional duty.

Attorney General Eric Holder brushed off a question Thursday about when he might leave the administration. Instead, the top lawman professed his allegiance to President Barack Obama.

"I’m still enjoying what I’m doing, there’s still work to be done. I’m still the President’s wing-man, so I’m there with my boy. So we’ll see," Holder said in an interview on the Tom Joyner radio show.

So it wasn't the Black Panthers. Did you lie or make a mistake? You lied because you want to slander an historical organization for obvious reasons. Conflating the Black Panthers and the New Black Panthers (no relation or cross-over whatsoever) is a staple of racists.

I know this is your schtick, but its getting old, I made the mistake of confusing the new and the original group. It doesn't make the incident go away.
