When I'm trying to impress a lady, I like to get all jacked up on roids. Then I pick up a Chevette in each arm and juggle them. Works every time. It can be hard to find Chevettes these days, though, so sometimes I have to substitute a Dodge Omni.

I guess it sort of depends on his age, but generally speaking, 19-year olds are adults and they can make their own decision in regards to sex.
