I am interested in finding books on each Congress (1st to 111th - current) but I would like to find some that are in a collector-set of sorts (like how enclyclopedias are).
Where each book has info on each Member of Congress and their legislation passed, debates and so forth of their time.

Yet I can't seem to land my hands on if something of this nature exists - any help?
