Of course what he did is Peaceble. What that means is not violent. He wasnt violent

He has every right to interupt a government official with question, even rudely.

She has no right not to be interupted.

If they barge into a press conference start speaking out of turn refuse to stop refuse to leave and then get in a physical physical altercation for not leaving them yes.

The same standard applies across the board.

That's your idea of violence? Oh my. I did more than that in the first grade.

The senator was being wrongly arrested. The cops had no right to arrest him just for coming up to Noem and asking a question.

Padilla can be clearly heard identifying himself, and the video does not show the Senator making any aggressive moves whatsoever.

And not that it matters, but none of the men involved in subduing/handcuffing Padilla were Secret Service agents.

What she was doing was worse. She, and every other official of Trump, including Trump himself, always use every public appearance to stir hatred and spread lies.

Hitler, nor his subordinates, never publicly said that the Jews should be killed. Yet in every speech the hatred against Jews was on full display. This is the same tactic. It is none-defensible. It is despicable. They should all go to trial and be locked up for the rest of their lives as an example to those who still think it is a good idea to undermine your country in such a horrific way.
