Seeing as how no court has allowed the law enforcement agencies of significant record to delve into Hillary Clinton's criminal enterprise, it's difficult to say it they'll allow this.

On one hand, it could be good.

On the other, if they do, it's just another glaring example of the democrat party stranglehold on the oligarchy that truly rules America is truly solidified. And the democrat party cabal of criminals, cronyism and corruption will continue to be shielded by the government institutions that are supposed to be unbiased.

Two courts have already allowed this.. Who do you think OWNS those records? Who has those records in their possession?

The case isn’t voting stuff, abortion or 2a, so I’m not going to make any predictions. I’m leaning toward them allowing the committee to see the records though because of the risk that precedent will inoculate a Democratic President against a Republican committee.

But this is a politically partisan Supreme Court, so who can say? They could just as easily rule for trump today and rule against Biden tomorrow, just because it’s a Republican committee wanting to see the records.
