Yes. The "vaccines" didn't do what they're supposed to do. So the definition of "vaccine" had to change.

Yes. Social distancing was made up garbage with no foundation in science.

Yes, because he was also promoting herd immunity. You can't have herd immunity if everyone is isolating.

He was against masks before he was for them but also the masks available to most of the public didn't do shit anyway.
