Saudi Arabia and other OPEC oil producers are discussing an output increase. Weird, huh??

Find yourself someone who looks at you the way big oil looks at a Republican Congress.

It's almost like this could have happened a month or two ago.

Won't it be nice when we do not need these fossil fuels and won't need to kiss corrupt murdering dictators asses anymore?

Risky gamble. The Permian Basin set a new oil production record. That's a lot of money going to not-OPEC.

It's my dream. Then women all over the world can be freed from right wing religious zealots.

Saudi arabia has the lowest cost of production in the world. They make money at $50 a barrel. They know if they don't use it they will lose it. We won't be using all this oil forever.

Immunity from prosecution = more oil proguction ---> lower oil prices? Perhaps a deal with the devil you don't know to hold off the devil you do know? Just spit ballin'.

Cheers and be well.

That's the thing. If the price gets too high, the Permian Basin (and Bakken) comes into play. They tried to kill it back in 2014 and 2015 and failed. They placed a bet last year that the the slump had changed the calculus from growth to returning profits to the shareholders at US oil producing companies. They were right for a bit. But those days of no-to-slow growth appear to be over and OPEC has ceded more than enough market share to the US in the last 10-15 years.

Prices are about to drop a lot.

Fox News' coverage of rising crime has dropped 50%.
