Pathetic, useless losers are funny as they grapple with their pointless irrelevance.
Because it detracts from the traditional Christmas spirit that is part of the American tradition and culture, a time of God Bless Us All and a reflection of the goodness in the human spirit.
I don't know what the satanists are celebrating, or what their long term goals are (if they have any), and I'm not really interested. It seems they're only trying to draw attention to themselves but lack any substance behind their efforts.
Why should I have a problem with either Christians or pagans? Then you should have a huge problem with what the Christians did to the Pagans, who were the original people to have a seasonal celebration at this time of year.....
It seems Erod made a good point with his comment about 'irrelevance'.As opposed to a woman who had a conversation with a snake, and then obeyed his direct orders, which resulted in her losing the right to eat a fruit that gives eternal life? I would say that she was not offered an apple, as depicted in many paintings, but ate mushrooms instead. LOL.
I dunno. A "Flying Spaghetti Monstar," display could be rather messy and violate health code.
Maybe they just have parental authority issues.
We need a shinto group so we can put penises everywhere
That looks like a smurf villageOn my honeymoon we went to Southern Mexico and took a 10 day tour across the Yucatan hitting all sorts of Mayan ruins. When we got to Uxmal ruins they had a stone phallus garden. That would be a nice holiday touch. lol
Found a pic online... here it is:

Why does it bother you to make public space more beautiful? And do you really not understand the spirit of Christmas?
You've made over 4,000 posts so you should understand that if you are going to make a claim such as this you should use a quote. Just guessing at what I may have said is not adult. In fact I don't have a Church and don't attend one. Many people other than Christians celebrate Christmas and the spirit of Christmas. Hasn't that sunk in yet?It seems you're the one whining over 'public land' and the traditional celebrations that have become so much of the culture. What an empty life some people live. There is no joy in their lives.
It is not about beauty, it is about you imposing your particular religion on a public space. Why doesn't it bother you not to put decorations on your own private property.
Spirit of Christmas is a term that is unique to christianity...why don't you understand the spirit of diwalli? Why don't you understand the spirit of ramadan?
Public land is public...not whining. Religion has no place on government property...any religion. Again, the churches have their own property. Lots of culture out there that is not religious. Lots of joy there.
Either allow all of it or none of it, but you can't give preferential treatment to any one religion.
It doesn\t bother me that Christmas decorations are on private or public property. It is a public celebration which occurs just once a year and does harm to no one.It is not about beauty, it is about you imposing your particular religion on a public space. The spirit of diwalli is not part of the annual celebration, and the word "Christianity" is not exclusive to Christians any more than the term "Hindu" is exclusive to Hindus.Spirit of Christmas is a term that is unique to christianity...why don't you understand the spirit of diwalli? You are whining which, ironically, is what you accused me of doing. Why is it such a big deal to you if people put up Christmas decorations? Try to lighten up a little!Public land is public...not whining. Religion has no place on government property...any religion. Again, the churches have their own property. It has been explained many times that Christmas is celebrated by millions who are not Christians. It is, in fact, a public holiday. Why be such a Scrooge?Either allow all of it or none of it, but you can't give preferential treatment to any one religion.

Why should i be happy one way or the other? This Satanic display is now also a public celebration. The article states that they also posted that they used bible verses, so shouldn't you be happy?
Actually I see clutter all over America this very week, with people parading through the streets, looting, harassing innocent people, and so on. And people are getting excited about Christmas decorations? LOL!!It's really simple. We live in what should be an egalitarian society in the eyes of the law. Christians want special privileges from the government and tax payer funded displays. Now that the law is catching up with the crazy, we now have to let everyone clutter our government buildings with varying religious material.
Equality? Since when is this about equality? And there are people who still have faith in government, which is why they want more of it. Didn't the current President say something about healing the oceans? That's faith, brother! From now on equality is pretty much a must, so we can choose to continue the madness or we can choose to recognize that faith is a private matter and has no place in the government.

Hey, I'm not 'butt hurt" about anything the satanists do. I think they're a bunch of adolesent fools but so are millions of other Americans claiming to be adults.Government workers who have faith have absolutely zero right to hijack their public office in order to push their religion. If you can find where they do have that right let me know.
This actually is about equality. The satanists wanted the same treatment christians get and that makes you guys butthurt.
And really? You're bringing Ferguson into this? Lazy.
Hey, no problem! It will immediately be accepted by those Scrooges and Grinches who live their joyless lives decrying any sort of activity that promotes Peace and Good Will toward their fellow man!I want a temple dedicated to the Invisible Pink Unicorn next.

It is childish and rude to insist on putting up any religious display on public land....including your religion.
You have your own private properties to put up whatever the hell you want. Stop trying to force yours, or any religion upon the public.

We'll have to disagree about how rude it is to put up a nativity scene for Christmas in any place. It's quite appropriate, actually. Maybe you should try to get Christmas removed from the list of national holidays and then you might have something legitimate to bitch about with regard to nativity scenes.
Look up "parable" and consider the educational level of the earth's inhabitants at the time. Perhaps God reveals to us the mysteries of the universe at a pace we can handle?
It is only appropriate to you, because you believe in christianity, and want it endorsed in a public place.
It is appropriate, on private property...and the christians have plenty of that.
