Ancient Egypt is fascinating. I remember an 8th grade history teacher saying the only difference between them and us is the internal combustion engine. Made sense then and does now as well. This discovery, whatever it is, isn't that, nor any energy source. We know this because we have a written history from that period and before.

As the article points out, the Great Pyramid's dimensions reveal pi. Intriguing. The Egyptians (and Babylonians) calculated pi remarkably accurately; 3.1605 from the Egyptians, 3.125 from the Babylonians. The method used to calculate this ratio by the Egyptians is brilliant. It involved superimposing a circle on a square.

So, considering the Egyptians, while incredibly advanced, were off by about 0.0189 in their calculation of pi, they couldn't possibly have constructed machinery more advanced than ours.

And then there's that written record. Nowhere do we see any reference to any energy source/machinery. Not from the Egyptians, nor from their trading partners, conquerors nor tourists. One famous tourist, Herodotus, wrote extensively about the land. He called Egypt "the gift of the Nile." Nothing about anti-gravity festivals. Indeed, with all that power at their disposal, how did Lower Egypt fall to the Hyksos in 1650 BCE?

I don't know what these scanned images reveal, but they're not what you think they are.

Let me help you out.

In order to identify conspiracy theories, it is usually a good idea to consider multiple clues which add together to indicate a broader conclusion. One such clue might be obvious logical inconsistencies in the claims. For example, the fact that SAR cannot possibly penetrate 2km below the surface. Or there is the claim that this was discovered by scientists, but no link to any published scientific research is provided. This is a common way to build false credibility with people who aren't paying attention. The fact that no other news sources have paid any attention to these massive revolutionary claims is yet another red flag. If there was evidence to back this up, FOX news or the New York Times could get massive traffic by breaking the story. They don't because they still have a reputation to protect. "nogov" has no reputation, and therefore nothing to lose by spreading whatever bullshit they feel like.

ISAR radar don't penetrate down into the ground all that much, especially one that came from a satellite which is extremely weak when it reaches the earth. You might be able to see through foliage but that's about it.

The Nature article says nothing about massive structures 2 kilometers below the surface. They used ground-penetrating radar, at the pyramid itself, to gather data on a tunnel inside the pyramid.

They aren't even talking about the same pyramid. The fake article discusses Khafre Pyramid. The Nature article discusses Khufu Pyramid.
