According to the Daily Mail article cited in the OP, AOC and all the other guest did have to wear masks when indoors and not eating. That's the rule everyone follows everywhere. They did remove their masks for photo ops when they were at a distance from other guests. All the guests had to show proof of vaccination, servers did not. That's why servers were always masked.
