Nonsense, what kind of Liberal would it take to say the President must have immunity?
 
Rejectamundo, I go back to swimming against boys who weren't aborted without guns for the Tribulation (White Horse 2020-2030.5). A small price to pay.
 
Of course they did. I doubt they expect this ruling to stand the test of time either. It's at best a stalling tactic to help Trump get back in the Whitehouse. At worst a protection to be selectively applied when their party is in power.
 
Biden should be celebrating this ruling, not complaining--after all, it means he can't be sued by the families of victims raped and murdered by any of the illegal migrants he's not only allowed into the country, but flown in. After all, he was clearly exercising his authority as president. That doesn't mean the government can't be sued, of course, just Biden.

Biden is the President. Why should he care about legal proceedings after he's President?

Not a single President has been criminally charged for what they did in office (not even Nixon, not even Clinton.) Why is it suddenly necessary to protect Presidents, except that one particular President did commit indictable crimes?

By the way, I doubt you can name anyone raped and murdered by immigrants who were flown in. It's pure hyperbole isn't it?

It's not necessary and ex-presidents should not be protected.

It’s made necessary due to the Democrats’ decision to turn to lawfare in their crusade to deny Trump another term by any means necessary, and Trump’s insistence that he enjoys presidential immunity for those actions. And he does have a point, that presidents can’t be concerned about being sued/charged for their actions as president. OTOH, just being president shouldn’t give them a blank check to do whatever they damn well please without fear of consequences. The Supreme Court decision seems to me the only real option.

No, I can’t name anyone raped and murdered by immigrants who were flown in, but neither is it hyperbole. With the sheer number of illegal migrants that Biden’s been shipping into the country and the higher crime rates of illegal migrants, it’s bound to happen sooner or later.

First of all, it's criminal immunity. Second of all, no one is going to sue Biden for what "illegals" do. What a stupid strawman post.

Tell that to the families of those raped and/or murdered by the illegal migrants that Biden has encouraged to flood into this country. I’m sure at least some of them will be happy to sue the government, if they thought they had a chance. Or even if they don’t if someone else is willing to foot the bill anyway.
