Whatever amount of money he spent, it is for the Republican National Committee to adjudicate.
If you as an individual have donated to the GOP,m then I suppose you may have an axe to grind.
If, as I rather suspect you have not donated to the GOP then quite honestly it is no ones business other than the GOP.
It is not so far as I am aware a taxpayer funded organization.
RNC head Michael Steele is now being investigated by his fellow Repubs for paying some $2K to visit an adult sex club where stage acts included lesbian bondage scenes and such.
As Jay Leno said tonight: "The GOP is supposed to be the family-values Party. If the Republicans are doing this stuff, what in the world are the Democrats doing"? :rofl
According to two knowledgeable sources, Republican National Committee chairman Michael Steele once raised the possibility of using party money to buy a private jet for his travel.
“I know that … regular ongoing use of planes was something that was looked at,” says one person with direct knowledge. “I can’t speak to how serious those inquiries were.” Both sources say Steele considered purchasing a plane outright, or buying fractional ownership in one, through a company such as NetJets.
Steele’s spokesman, Doug Heye, did not deny that such discussions took place, responding that the RNC never had a “plan” to buy a plane. “I don’t know what somebody might have discussed or might not have discussed.”
While Steele has not purchased a plane, he continues to charter them. According to federal disclosure records, the RNC spent $17,514 on private aircraft in the month of February alone (as well as $12,691 on limousines during the same period). There are no readily identifiable private plane expenses for Democratic National Committee chairman Tim Kaine in the DNC’s last three months of filings.
The RNC explains that Steele charters jets only when commercial service is unavailable, or when his tight schedule requires it. “Anytime the chairman has taken any private travel has been a either to a route that doesn’t exist or because of connections and multiple travel to where he just wasn’t able to do so,” Heye said. Yet Steele’s office repeatedly refused to explain in specific terms the circumstances of the February charter flights.
Once on the ground, FEC filings suggest, Steele travels in style. A February RNC trip to California, for example, included a $9,099 stop at the Beverly Hills Hotel, $6,596 dropped at the nearby Four Seasons, and $1,620.71 spent [update: the amount is actually $1,946.25] at Voyeur West Hollywood, a bondage-themed nightclub featuring topless women dancers imitating lesbian sex.

To me, this is pretty much "dog bites man" news. Both parties waste money on unethical and wasteful crap. The only thing I noticed about this instance is that no taxpayer money was used, which is all I could give a damn about.
If you don't like what the Republicans are doing, don't give them money. I don't. Conversely, if you're liberal/Democrat and you feel a need to open your mouth about this, prepare to eat some very rotten humble pie, and dodge the slings and arrows of outrageous hypocrisy. After all, your party does it even more...and you've probably turned a blind eye to it.
I'm just glad Republicans can appreciate some good girl on girl action. That Idaho politician had me worried for a while. Always made me think the Dems had the upper hand because at least JFK was banging Marilyn and doing lines of coke off some lingerie model's tit. If you're going to cheat, cheat with hotties and do it right.

HA I can say whatever I want. One of the benefits of not being democrat or republican. And not living in America
From a purely independant viewpoint. You have a party staunchy against gay marriage, even some members saying that it should be illegal for people to be gay at all.

First of all it hasnt been proven yet...he denies being there...So I will reserve my opinion until I KNOW whether its true or some leftwing liar made it up.
Yes you can say what you want..but you need to be prepared to "HEAR" what someone else wants to say also.
Being against homo marriage has nothing to do with one republicans actions...Cheating on your wife is more normal...then having abnormal same sex
Wait for it...
America Elected Obama and the Deficits through the Roof...
The GOP selects Steele to run things and it's nearly in the red...
Coincidence?

The Republican National Committee say it's getting back nearly $2,000 that it reimbursed to a member for a night out at a bondage-themed night club in West Hollywood
All I'm saying is this. Its ultimate hypocricy and proves once for and for all, that people shouldn't impose their values on other people if they can't hold themselves up to them. Sitting there on family values councils while you tittle your secretary or send naughty messages to your male staffers. This isn't a left or right wing attack. It's a common sense attack against those who believe they have superior moral values... then they do not.
I disagree using your beliefs..theres no sense having any laws or morals because EVERYONE screws up one time or another...and because everyone screws up no one can have any legitimate beliefs on restraints...that is nonesense
Homosexual marriage is wrong on many levels..and mine are not based on religion
Wait for it...

That was not my point at all. I don't want to get into the Homosexual marriage argument but I wil just quote a good political cartoon which read.
Wife to Therapist: My Husband thinks gay marriage is destroying the sanctity of marriage... but personally I think its his infidelity, gambling and drinking.
Its all do as I say, not as I do.
Common sense must prevail. I'm attacking the individual here, not left and right. I attack the asshole who sits on the family values council, and harshly judges the homosexual couple who just wanna get married to share their love, while boasting about his extra-maritial affairs. It's common sense to know that murder = bad. Cause I don't see the difference between the judge who murders, while sending murderers to jail. Then the man who judges others to be wrong, while he does equally as wrong.
Wait for it...
