That the RNC feels a television program on Clinton could be so damaging to a Republican candidate gives me even more confidence for the next election. This "threat" by them speaks more to the RNC's insecurity than it does anything else. Not a good look.

See that's the thing.....Preibus don't think of it like that at all. He is thinking more on the lines of the Media controlling that Platform. The Documentary I wouldn't think he has any concern about other than if it will give the complete story.

Now the Mini Series.....can be based on a true story. But doesn't all have to be true. Nor with all the facts to be based on a true story. Which then certainly look like it is pumping up a potential candidate.

He is also responsible for Bringing the GOP together so he does have to follow his function for the Party.

The left does not consider itself persecuted. It tends to have room for more people who are actually persecuted, like religious minorities, gays, and women, but the act of espousing left wing ideas has not subjected anyone to persecution in decades. Meanwhile, espousing right wing ideas has never subjected anyone to persecution ever. And no, the mean lady on TV calling you a sexist or a homophobe is not persecution. Firing people who spout racial epithets at work is not persecution. Requiring religious assertions to have justification beyond "god says so" to be made into law is not persecution.

The strange bits about people in other countries seems a bit off, though. Do you really mean to say that you have no empathy for anyone who doesn't live in this country? No desire to protect African girls from having their genitalia mutilated, or to curb the epidemic of AIDS?

I would say environmentalist [leftist ] groups monkeywrenching, being all the way up violently aggressive to all manner of groups would be considered persecution.

the president can't write the bills or legeslation, that would be the legeslative branch, and so far congress has only sent 23 bills to the presidents desk to be signed into law.
