Republican Covid Arguments: Choose Your Own Adventure!

Oh? Dems have egg on their face over that? How’s the GOP doing with “15 cases going to zero?”

And no, Republicans didn’t insist anything about covid from day one except that it’s the flu, and lockdowns/masking/ppe/vaccines don’t work.
How many deaths do you think are attributable to Fauci’s lie that masks weren’t needed?

Republicans have insisted from day one that it escaped from the WIV. Democrats made the assumption that means they’re asserting its a chimera. Which btw even Fauci was entertaining per his own emails. Now Democrats have to eat crow for poo pooing the lab leak theory.

Covid is a Biological Weaponized Man Made Virus ! That got out of the Wuhan Lab ! This Virus HAS ABSOLUTLY destabilized the WORLD .

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

Dunno! Whatever the number is, how many then belong to Trump?

Fauci was supposed to be the person we all listened to not Trump.

Trump was potus and said he was in charge, AND he bragged about ignoring Fauci.

2020 just wasn’t long ago enough for this nonsense to work. We all still remember how badly Trump ****ed this country over.

But: gimme the number you feel Fauci killed with his lies.

BIG DEEP BREATH:

Covid was a chinese weapon designed to destabilize the United States despite it being just the flu except where Andrew Cuomo kiilled everyone with this Chinese weaponized flu that BIG TECH and BIG MEDIA overhyped just not the part where Trump saved us all with “his” vaccine, the same vaccine that’s probably the government’s way of trying to control us despite not giving Trump credit for making the vaccine that they are using to control us and we need to get to the origin of the Chinese weaponized flu that was just the flu except when Andrew Cuomo used it to kill old people and the media covered up all of Fauci’s lies…over the flu.

Holy shit.

I don't think most republicans are arguing it was intended as a weapon. Moreover plenty of democrats downplayed it as "the flu".

Also, it's pretty obvious Fauci lied, or at least had no clue, about NIH funding gain of research at Wuhan.

Very schizophrenic!

No, most Republicans argued it was the flu and had no interest in covid as a pandemic unless Andrew Cuomo or Xi come up.

Right. Whereas democrats defended Cuomo and lit into DeSantis. Republicans did the opposite.

Partisanship makes idiots of all of us.

No, partisanship by the GOP killed 600k Americans. If continues to kill unvaccinated.

It’s based on the fact that the pandemic started in a city with a lab specializing in collecting bat specimens from remote areas of China for coronavirus research conducted by researchers with a professional reputation of taking unnecessary risks and failure to adhere to safety protocols. Researchers who btw were hospitalized with a mysterious illness shortly before the pandemic started. It strains credulity that all of this is just coincidence.

I believe that it hasn't even been determined if Covid-19 originated in China. Do you have credible sourced that support your supposed fact?

according to himself and his worshipers.

Moderna, BioNTech, Pfizer, and AstraZeneca did not begin vaccine research because of Operation Warp Speed. It was all their own doing.
A lot of it was talk, but T**** pumped all kinds of money to them and pushed for EUA approval sooner, and prebought as much vax as he could and developed a plan to get it distributed to the states. He required every state to have a vaccination plan in place months before the vaccines were released. He did that right, imo, and he should get credit for it. He skipped over the somewhat iffy precautions like masking and zeroed in on the one thing he--and we all--knew would end this thing. Ironically, now Republican states are dragging their heels. I should think he'd be furious about that. He gets furious about far lesser slights.

Try to be a little impartial.

We have Trump's administration to thank in part for the vaccine's swift deployment. We were vaccinating a million people a day when Biden was inaugurated. Naturally, democrats will never credit him in any way for that.

If the unvaccinated (the majority of whom are Blacks and Hispanics) insist on not taking the vaccine, that is their decision. The US is among the top 20 nations in terms of % of population vaccinated (just under 50%), and meanwhile we're the third most populous country in the world. The only European countries ahead of us are Iceland, Israel, Hungary, the UK, Spain, Canada (if you consider them European) and Belgium. We're ahead of Germany, Portugal, Denmark, Ireland, Austria, the Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, France, Sweden, Norway, Japan.....I mean you guys should have some perspective.

There weren't enough masks to go around, so the point is moot. He could have advised masks for everyone, but if you can't get one, what's the difference? He advised the lockdown to avoid us breathing on each other instead.

We have no proof Trump even took the vaccine. I don’t have to give him credit for anything. He has objecitvely made covid worse for this country at best, at worst he is personally responsible for 100’s of 1000’s of deaths.

You want impartial? That’s an impartial reading of the situation. Asking me to give Trump credit for a vaccine to a disease he called a hoax and insisted wasn’t that big of a deal is the height of partisanship. He demanded states ignore *his* admin’s guidelines during the pandemic.

That never changed. There’s no reason why he couldn’t have recommended the DIY masks that just about everyone ended up with anyway. He was also opposed to a nationwide lockdown.

You are talking about the same man who rejected his own COVID-19 recommendations panel that included the medical experts in charge of the FDA, CDC, and HHS no matter what they said about social distancing, wearing a mash, and locking down businesses until enough people are vaccinated for people to develop herd immunity. Karma hit him when he suffered a severe case of COVID-19. But that did not matter to him. Trump the Terrorist tweeted, "Don't be afraid of COVID!" from his hospital bed.

There is no way I can give credit to that son of the devil. After the election, Trump the Terrorist admitted all he really cared about was getting full credit for the vaccines instead of the people who made them.

Fauci is being referred for prosecution for lying to Congress. And he needs to be held accountable by firing him for allowing those grants to move forward in the first place. It was massive negligence to fund any research in that lab whether the pandemic had happened or not.
Where do you get your PHD from? You have no clue what those grants were for and you wouldn't understand it if you were told.

I know that.
