Actually, when I think about it, the yellow one has a nut. So maybe they're not gay at all, just both have masculine voices.

And red supposedly goes crazy over the green M&M, who is a chick. Since yellow is obviously a dude, red is at a minimum bi.
 
If I were an M&M I would also be gay. I like my M&M's with nutts.
 
I would imagine mutual masturbation would be their only sexual outlet, then.
