I remember this. Not WELL but I do remember it happening. It takes nearly an HOUR (1:08:00) mark before CNN even knows Reagan was actually shot. It's amazing watching this over in retrospect.
 
I was one year old, but I've seen the video of the shooting several times. Thank God he wasn't killed.

Agreed, I mean if he had been killed the working class of America would of never been able to enjoy that famous trickle down.
