Reagan’s Atrocities

Not irrelevant in the slightest.

Unlike in Central America, the US was not the one teaching the Soviets how to torture and mass murder.

Your comment was that we have been helping vicious tyrants for decades. Did we not help Stalin?

I was pointing out the ridiculousness of thinking the Democrats could have stopped the invasion.

Just more evidence of what happens when you ignore international law

It's ridiculous to think international law stops much of anything, if we're going to admit that regimes will do what they want anyway.

Your comment was that we have been helping vicious tyrants for decades. Did we not help Stalin?

My comment was that crying "but we were helping vicious tyrants even before Reagan" was not an excuse for his actions

You commented that we were helping vicious tyrants for decades. We're you crying when you made the comment?

Did we not help Stalin?

“But Stalin” isn’t an excuse either btw

Nah, we already know how obsessed you are with my job history. Wouldn’t want to feed the fixation even more ;)

That's an admittance that your accusation is just gas.

Here's your comment in its entirety: The US helping vicious tyrants foe decades rather proves the point.

Is it a true comment or not? You seem to be trying to walk back from it.

Which was in reference to Dayton crying “but the US was helping those regimes even before Reagan”.

Nah, what’s really funny is after all that hot air about how benign the School was was, the Pentagon itself admitted “Nope, we were absolutely teaching people how to commit atrocities”.

Doesn't matter. It's still your comment. Is it true, or not?

Gee, so the context of the quote doesn’t matter in your world?

No wonder you’ve been so bewildered this whole time.

You're deflecting from being caught making up bullshit about another poster.

You’re deflecting from the fact that your attempts to whitewash the program of atrocities completely fell apart.

It's really strange that you made a comment, and won't even answer as to whether it is true or not.

It’s really strange that you tried to completely dismiss what that quote was talking about in favor of rambling on about Stalin.

You’re deflecting from the fact that your attempts to whitewash the program of atrocities completely fell apart.

No...if that is even happening, it's a separate matter from you making up bullshit about another poster. And when challenged on that, bravely backing down.

Nope....it absolutely did happen. You lot spent pages trying to whitewash, downplay, and deflect, and it all fell apart since the Pentagon itself freely admitted the truth.

What was that quote talking about? It's a really short sentence: The US helping vicious tyrants foe decades rather proves the point.

If you think it "proves the point", then you must also think it's true, right?

I already told you what the quote was talking about....Dayton’s assertion that the US had been supporting said dictators from before Reagan.

I pointed out the fact that him admitting that the US had been supporting such regimes for decades rather proved my point.

Duh.

Your source had them admit to including questionable tactics in some of their instruction materials. But it spoke nothing to how widespread such instruction actually was. And you apparently hadn't the foggiest.
