No, not The Queen but this one...

She travels Canada in a flag-draped RV with an entourage. She greets supporters in small towns, who eagerly film the encounters on mobile phones. She’s called on her disciples to execute healthcare workers and politicians who support mass vaccination campaigns.
To her more than 60,000 followers online, she’s the newly installed Queen of Canada. But to law enforcement and national security officials, she represents the threat that online conspiracy theorists may be all too capable of inflicting real-world harm.

Probably because no one followed through, making charging her a risky move. Should one of her followers do so she would be in jail very quickly.

Bullshit excuse to defend terrorism.
Of course nobody "has to" but that isn't the point. The point is, enough people do act on it that it's a clear and present danger to peace and tranquility, and sometimes it's even a danger to national security.
Nobody HAS TO trample everyone when a person screams "FIRE!" in a crowded theater either. They could even remain in their seats and calmly pull out some marshmallows and take advantage of the flames.

Sounds like you wouldn't mind being one of Queen Dildo's minions, why not go check her out.

It is a fuzzy line between incitement and free speech. Having the government lose the case would just add fuel to the fire. This group is still upset over the convoy stuff months ago

Here's how the Criminal Code of Canada looks at excitement.

  • 22 (1) Where a person counsels another person to be a party to an offence and that other person is afterwards a party to that offence, the person who counselled is a party to that offence, notwithstanding that the offence was committed in a way different from that which was counselled.
