Britain has had no say in Canada's affairs in decades. Please note that we are officially a Bi-lingual country where French holds equal status with English; 40% of Canadians are bilingual. We have a ceremonial Governor General representing the crown but it is strictly ceremonial.....which, frankly, is far more appealing than watching stupid Trump try to make sense. Try toasting the King in Quebec!

You have confused something . May be you meant that humans went to ALIENS in a different planet ?
Because it is not Russia who came to the France or England or any other part of Europe, it's Europeans, that came to historical Russian lands with their weapons , destruction , and false propaganda.

And you're arguing Ukraine has no choice now and why I said you will say the same if a ceasefire is agreed only for Russia to rebuild and invade again in another 10 years.

Took us a while but you got the point eventually. See @dandolo2k post quoted above, Russia's aim is simple and inexorable: to take over all of Ukraine and for it to become an internal province of Russia.

Wasn't an attack on Syria it was the defense of Syria. And Georgia? One if those was stomping on sakashvilli who we pumped up making him think we'd back him up. Also despite it being incessantly repeated this is not a Full scale invasion by Russia in Ukraine. Russia could throw much more into it.

Ukraine as a nation is older than Russia and have a unique culture, language and history. They have been persecuted and invaded by Russia several times and their people oppressed, murdered and sent to gulags to try to destroy their heritage. It has failed and Ukraine is now fighting to end this new attempt at genocide of Ukraine by Putin who is emulating and reinventing Stalinism. Another fascist dictator that starved millions of Ukrainians to death and made pacts with Hitler. The horrors in the occupied territories are real and the men have been conscripted and killed in meat wave attacks, the children are being brainwashed and kidnapped and they are not even supplying clean water in the bombed out cities. They very idea that the Ukrainians would turn over a million more of their citizens to such treatment voluntarily for nothing but empty promises is abborrent and wrong.
