Not sure where you got the fake photoshopped pic of Epps and Sullivan standing near each other, but it really doesn’t matter because there’s zero actual evidence of any conspiracy between the two.

Video of Epps trying Calm Ryan Samsel, encouraging the younger man not to assault police officers.
Samsel, who did not know Epps prior to that moment, confirmed what Epps told investigators.

I get that folks like yourself, that live in an alternate universe where up is down and left is right, will never accept the fact that Epps wasn’t an FBI asset.

Maybe you should accept that sane/informed folks can’t be persuaded to join you in your alternate universe.

Epps voluntarily met with, and was interviewed by FBI agents. He would’ve been advised that lying to federal officers is a crime.

Epps gave voluntary testimony (under oath of perjury) to the 1/6 committee.

Epps has been investigated.

There is no “open ended” when it comes to his involvement with the events of 1/6/21.

Only conspiracists and conspiracy fans continue to beat the dead horse.

According to his own account, he isn't and authorities find no actual ties between him and others except perhaps a few ignorant followers within some protests (mostly in Utah). He has been accused of self promoting and basically trying to use movements to make a buck, even by left wing activists prior to Jan 6th.

This whole investigation is a joke, wholly partisan and corrupt. Ended up with a group of nothing but Trump haters, and they have the gall to call it bipartisan, lol. People need to get out and vote, get rid of these scumbags, so an actual investigation can begin. To even think that there are people that side with the non arrest of Ray Epps is mind boggling.....they are blind and full of hate.....it's sad.
