NJ is a one party aware recording state. I remember on my college paper we always had that suction cup wired to the recorder going. If we were interviewing we always informed the subject we were recording. If people called us and were rude, we didn't.

Mr. Creamer’s lawsuit said the “video was heavily edited and contained commentary by O’Keefe that drew false conclusions.” According to documents filed with the court in the case, the man playing Mr. Roth had proposed an “illegal voter registration scheme, and Creamer rejected it outright as illegal.”

It's funny how Veritas is continually able to get these left wing morons on camera saying the stupidest illegal shit. How many times does it have to happen before these these idiots figure it out. And of course we have the govt running around trying to shut them up like they did Wiki-leaks, Snowden, Biden's laptop, Biden's diary, etc. They can't let the truth get out, it will destroy them.

I personally cannot be unbiased when it comes to O'Keefe, he came into my office in and another office in my state and filmed two different workers and never really got anything, but posted videos anyway. The commissioner's statement at the time was that the worker from my office had an encyclopedic knowledge of policy and seemed genuinely troubled by the "client".
He's a ****ing scumbag.
