My position is that INDIVIDUALS be hired on the MERITS .
The merit system is the process of promoting and hiring government employees based on their ability to perform a job, rather than on their political connections.
I am Afro-Puerto Rican
One of my compatriots Pedro ALbizu Campos was also an Afro-PuertoRican :
Campos graduated from Harvard Law School in >>>>>1921 with the highest grade point average in his law class, <<<<< an achievement that earned him the right to give the valedictorian speech at his graduation ceremony.

There was not DEi/DIE or affirmative action then.
They say.They identify as men.
However, animus towards his African heritage led to his professors delaying two of his final exams in order to keep Albizu Campos from graduating on time. One of my compatriots Pedro ALbizu Campos was also an Afro-PuertoRican :

It is the MAGAt way though.Doesn't the evidence show she was qualified?
Interesting you avoided post 86.
Cherry picking information from an accident report is not a good thing to do.

Again, there have been female military pilots since WW2.If DEI/DIE was unrelated the NYT would have never withheld the story for over 3 months in order to give her parents time to scrub her social media accounts.
No one is arguing that females , ethnic or racial minorities be kept out of the military . Stop using the strawman technique.Again, there have been female military pilots since WW2.
But hey, stay angry my friend.
Keeps that blood pressure up.
Gives ya something to focus that lifetime of bitterness on.
You assumed she was unqualified. No one is arguing that females , ethnic or racial minorities be kept out of the military . Stop using the strawman technique.
Merit-based hiring focuses on selecting candidates based on their skills, experience, and potential rather than subjective factors or personal connections. When done right, this approach leads to a more qualified workforce, improved performance, and greater organizational success.
I believe that given the facts , instructor CWO2 Eaves was concerned that forcefully demanding that she operate the chopper as REQUIRED would be considered MISOGYNISTIC .
as an advocate for the "Army Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention Program (SHARP)." YesDoesn't the evidence show she was qualified?

what evidence did the investigation find that she was a merit based hire?No one is arguing that females , ethnic or racial minorities be kept out of the military . Stop using the strawman technique.

NO I DONTYou assumed she was unqualified.
ASKED AND ANSWEREDwhat evidence did the investigation find that she was a merit based hire?
Again. You are stating some fact about merit base hiring but fail to show that was the case in this accident.
Provide the evidence.
One can believe all one wants. Your belief is an opinion and nothing more.
A strawman argument is a type of informal fallacy where someone misrepresents their opponent's position, often oversimplifying or exaggerating it, to make it easier to attack and then refute. Instead of addressing the actual argument, they create a weaker version of it, which they then attack, pretending to have defeated the original argument.Right wingers see a woman and just assume she is unqualified, but somehow think they're not sexist.
You assume she was unqualified to be a Black Hawk pilot. She was NOT qualified as a Black Hawk Helicopter Pilot.
I'm a Democrat and I look at woke in a different manner, to me it's being aware of what's going on to the best of your ability and trying to correct injustice. All that real lunatic left stuff, I don't identify with either. I think compromise is a good thing and the extremists should be left on the outskirts of town.Because woke is identified with the dems now. I may need to vote dem now but I sure as hell don't support the lunatic part of the part although it not nearly as bad as the nutters of MAGA.
She worked in the SHARP program, and therefore is unqualified to fly helicopters? I don't understand your thought process at all.ASKED AND ANSWERED
An absence of it seems to be the real problem. She worked in the SHARP program, and therefore is unqualified to fly helicopters? I don't understand your thought process at all.
No, you are not responsible for the way anyone but yourself votes. You are also the only one responsible for your childish name calling, so juvenile, it's just what DP needed.HUH?
So I am "somehow" responsible that millions voted for the Marxist Cackle Queen?!?!?!?!!?!?!?
Well the socialists are always looking for victims. Why would you think I care about your race, Contumacious? Do you think I tie someone's racial or ethnic background to their political worldview? I would wager that at least half of the loudest white supremacist and neo-Nazi posters online are themselves dark-skinned Indians, Hispanics, Pacific Islanders and African Americans (or certainly lust after dark-skinned Indians, Hispanics, Pacific Islanders and African Americans). As such, it is a complete non sequitur to me.
Unless you have evidence that the U.S. Military just let this poor woman fly a helicopter without proper training and qualifications, step off her corpse would you?
You're missing the fact that the failure was the male instructor's.But of course
what am I missing ?!?!?!?!?!?!
Watch the video - pay close attention then tell me the reason you believe my thinking is esotericShe worked in the SHARP program, and therefore is unqualified to fly helicopters? I don't understand your thought process at all.
