Trump’s tweet–which is, remember, an official White House statement–could expose the president to a series of legal slam dunks from the multiple women who have accused him of sexual assault, groping, forced kissing, harassment, attempted rape and rape.
Specifically, here’s the part that could get him in trouble: “o now they are moving on to the false accusations and fabricated stories of women who I don’t know and/or have never met.”
A cursory read of this statement shows the president is lying like a middle school virgin who insists he’s had sex with celebrities.
Why? Because Trump has verifiable relationships with at least 17 of his 20-plus accusers.

1. Trump says that "the Democrats" have spent "millions of dollars" and "wasted" thousands of hours in an attempt to prove he colluded with the Russians during the 2016 campaign.
Not true. Special counsel Robert Mueller, a former Republican-appointed FBI director, was appointed to be special counsel by deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who works under Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who is a longtime Republican. And, yes, Sessions was nominated for that job by none other than Trump himself. Democrats have, without question, pushed the idea that the available evidence suggests collusion occurred. But Democrats don't control the Justice Department or the House and Senate. These investigations are all being led by either Republican appointees or Republican elected officials.
2. Trump says no collusion with Russia has been shown.
Trump has repeatedly insisted that there is no collusion. Which might well be true! But it isn't clear right now. It's more like unproven. No one -- not Mueller and not the congressional committees looking into the matter -- has said anything definitive about collusion. "The committee continues to look into all evidence to see if there was any hint of collusion," said Sen. Richard Burr, the Republican head of the Senate intelligence committee, in October. Mueller hasn't spoken publicly about the investigation at all.
3. Trump has said he doesn't know and has never met the women accusing him of sexual harassment.
This is provably false.
Summer Zervos, one of the accusers, was a contestant on the fifth season of "The Apprentice." Trump, obviously, met her. In fact, he's said he did! "I vaguely remember Ms. Zervos as one of the many contestants on The Apprentice over the years," Trump said.
In 2005, Natasha Stoynoff went to Mar-A-Lago to do a story for People magazine on Trump's marriage to Melania Trump on the one-year anniversary of their nuptials. She interviewed both Trumps. He clearly met her.

There will be a few hundred that I will have had some moderate contact with, where they might even recall me while I don't recall them.
But the vast majority were so transient that I can honestly say while I may have encountered them I may not recognize them or if so, truthfully say I actually know them.
I am fairly certain that a wealthy top percenter of our society has met hundreds of women in the course of his lifetime...the vast majority of whom have little or no impact on his memory.
Thus it might very well be fair of him to say...in all honesty, that he does not know someone despite having met them at one time or another.

(2) Summer Zervos–Zervos was a contestant on season five of The Apprentice;
(4) Ninni Laaksonen–Laaksonen and Trump appeared on The Late Show With David Letterman on the same night and took a photograph there together in 2006;
(6) Juliet Huddy–the former Fox News host had Trump appear on her show and joked to multiple people there about an earlier pass he had made at Huddy;
(7) Jennifer Murphy– Murphy was a contestant on Season four of The Apprentice;
(8) Natasha Stoynoff–in 2005, the journalist wrote a profile of the Trump family and was given a tour of Mar-a-Lago by the Donald himself;
(9) Mindy McGillivray–McGillivray was assisting photographer Ken Davidoff at Mar-a-Lago in 2003 and Davidoff has confirmed an apparent interaction between McGillivray and Trump;
(17) Jill Harth–Harth and Trump go way back–as business associates–and settled a lawsuit related to their business dealings in 1997 which resulted in an attempted rape lawsuit against Trump being dropped. Trump’s attorney has admitted that Trump knew her.

She alleges that during an attempted job interview he acted aggressively towards her, sometime in 2007, and is suing him (apparently she didn't get the job).
I could go on...but no need. Allegations remain allegations until proven. :shrug:
