President Obama said that fighting legalized marijuana the least of his worries.

The President has made it clear that he is not going to fight to new legalized marijuana laws in Wash state and Col are the least of his worries and I think that is a good sign. I don't think the conservatives can say much either because they are always screaming for states rights and if they want their harsh abortion and immagration laws not to challenged then they almost have to go along with the peoples will in Washington and Colorado.

A new day is coming where pot smokers are not treated like idiots and threated just like a person who drinks,smokes or eats too much. It is called freedom and it is about time the land of the free starts being free. We no longer need moral crusaders creating laws that hurt personal freedom in the name of personal morality. I am glad the president has this attitude and lets hope it continues.

I agree that many federal laws are rediculous, however, the idea of a state's rights should be coupled with a state's responsibility. If WA and CO do not want to uphold federal law then they should lose all federal funding.

I am sorry my libertarian friend. When I see that Texas Longhorn thing I automatically think you are a conservative like most of Texas. Even though I live in liberal Washington state I was born in Ada Oklahoma and know forst hand what a bunch of backward thinking social conservatives run those places. The Longhorns are not going to fire Max Brown are they? He is still one of the best coachs out there and it would be sad. You should come up to Washington state and check it out. It is as lovely a state as you will ever see.

The President said he was not for violating the second admenment but would like to keep crazies from shooting up our schools. I can see AK-47's and the like being illegal without talikng handguns from people. That is another debate my friend.

I wonder how Bob Stoops does it. Have you seen how hot his wife is? I bet he can barely walk.I think it is a good thing that the President is not acting like a PC dweeb on the marijuana issue. All to often the party of marijuana smokers has gone along with the PC anti drug BS that is out there and at times has been just as big an enemy as the social conservatives have been to legalizing marijuana.
