Whoops!
If Obama were really honest, he'd have said:
1. "we didn't need Republican votes except for cover"
2. they didn't teach me about the real world at Harvard or Trinity United, and since I've never had a job in the private sector, I'm on a steep learning curve here... cut me some slack... I'm still The One we have been waiting for...
3. he's disappointed in the Journolists for not doing a better job with his image as they did during the election; dealing with Wright, Ayers, Khalidi, and especially attacking Joe the Plumber for exposing his "spread the wealth around", "tax and spend" mentality....
.
I thought this was for Saturday Night Live or something, but he's actually serious. ROTFLOL...President Obama Looks Forward
In the magazine article, Mr. Obama reflects on his presidency, admitting that he let himself look too much like “the same old tax-and-spend Democrat,” realized too late that “there’s no such thing as shovel-ready projects” and perhaps should have “let the Republicans insist on the tax cuts” in the stimulus.

ROTFLOL... that's funny... and sad. I think we've caught part of his 2012 campaign... He's going to be running ads against Pelosi... like other Dems are doing....he let himself look too much like “the same old tax-and-spend Democrat"...
