According to the worldometers, Canada's life expectancy for 2022 is 83 years while the US is still at 79 years

Why is Canada's life expectancy higher than the US?


Factors that account for the difference may include access to health care over the full life span (universal health insurance) and lower levels of social and economic inequality, especially among the elderly.
 
Trump can emulate his buddy, Putin. He could declare Canada a fake country, a lost colony that should have been a part of the US in 1776 or 1812. He could say we were all founded as a British North America so we are really the same people. He might demand that Canada teach American accented English as a third official language and surrender not less than 20% of their country to the United States.

His first step would then be mobilizing several 100K troops on the border, threatening an invasion if his demands were not met.

Or he could stop the nonsensical trolling of Canadians.

I can't imagine why we'd want Canada as a state. That would just shift the political balance.

Everybody knows that Trump and/or Vance is going to end democracy and become a hereditary dictator. So if they want Canada, they'll just take it, and it can be relegated to the same status as Guam.
