He is guilty of killing Trayvon, no one disputes that, not even Zimmerman himself. But he's not guilty of murdering Trayvon.
No kidding? Should that be accompanied by one spouse being immediatley forced to find another place to live at the unilateral discretion of the other spouse?
She had already moved out.. and returned to pick up a few things she had left behind.
In fact.. the night that Trayvon was shot... they fought and she went to her father's house.. so she was not at home.
Was that the reason, or just the pretext? WE don't know, because we were not there.
Says who? the wife? And we just don't know all the in's and out's of the marraige, so it would be little more than bias projection to come to conclusions about it at this point....
I find it interesting that the news reports Z's troubles prefacing them with how Z has gotten two speeding tickets since being acquitted....Who cares? people get speeding tickets all the time, does that mean that they are all sociopaths? If so we have some messed up people on the loose....

That is the problem. Out is not leaving stuff to come back for, out is gone never to return. Try to convince your landlord that you are out but need to return later to get some of your stuff.
Given the scenario and knowns, there was no more justification for a conviction of manslaughter than there was for Murder 2. The evidence points to a citizen legally carrying a firearm, responsibly calling the police, perhaps foolishly but still legally following an individual, the individual being followed KNOWING he was followed and telling his girlfriend he wasnt going to run, going back and confronting the individual, and then jumping the individual and commencing to administer a beatdown. The evidence showed individual a then shot individual b in self defense. If the evidence said otherwise, he would as easily been convicted of murder as manslaughter. My point is, he should have been found guilty of manslaughter at least. Like OJ, he was guilty and he got away with it. Now, he's "invincible".
Civilized people do it all the time.

Nice. She only wants "her half" of his (not yet obtained) lawsuit procedes. She asserts that she is "owed" that because she "stood by him". She was never been called a racist by NBC and is not even a party in the lawsuit. She wants to leave and get credit for "having stood by" George - priceless.
I knew the guy was a coward who thinks his gun makes him a real man.
My wife and I were saying this very same thing today when we heard the latest news. I think if those who supported Zimmerman were truly being honest, I think they'd have to admit that they gave George Zimmerman the benefit of the doubt because he was taunted as "the law abiding citizen who doesn't get angry, cares about his neighborhood, wants to be a peacekeeper and volunteers to minority children" whereas Trayvon was "a young punk kid who was always in trouble, did drugs and was a juvenile delinquent". In short, Zimmerman by all accounts was squeaky clean and Trayvon was a troubled teen. And quite honestly, I can't say I blame folks for having such instant impressions. But what some of us were trying to say all along was, "What if you got it wrong? What if the guy who came across as the good guy was really the bad guy? And what if the troubled teen wasn't as much of a trouble maker in this case as everyone though?
While this one incident doesn't do much to recast Zimmerman as a bad guy, it does tarnish his "squeaky clean" image a bit...enough to make you go, "Hmmm....maybe he does have a bit of a temper after all."
This guy just can't control his gun, can he?
I knew the guy was a coward who thinks his gun makes him a real man.

Yes, she certainly uses all the right liberal buzz words doesn't she? "Finally felling empowered again".....pfft! What the hell is that about? See, I think she sounded like at least as selfish as Z here....claiming right to half of any settlement upcoming in Z's law suits? Give me a break, this is about the future money....
She has the right to leave George and petition for divorce ....
Ofcourse she does...I don't dispute that at all...But she doesn't have the right to manipulate the system over her greed of future settlements.
I see it differently.. I think she does have the right since the lawsuit was filed while she was married.
Ok, but that is for the court to decide at divorce. Keep in mind what I said, "she doesn't have the right to manipulate the system...." That is important.
The issues in divorce are custody and support of minor children, division of property and conduct of the parties.. How is she manipulating the system?
By lying to police about the severity of a situation, and painting Z as some kind of monster that is out of control she can paint the picture that her life with him during the 7 years of marriage warrants a greater division of assets.
He smashed her cell phone.. and likely backed down after the 911 call.
